    網上教學看似輕鬆,只要安坐家中便能學習,但實際上是否這樣呢?「恒生—聖雅各福群會青年職學平台」—「I am…」於今年3至4月進行了關於「疫情對學生學習的影響」問卷調查,訪問了922名高中生及大專生,了解在2019冠狀病毒疫情下,學生在學習上所面對的困難及憂慮。調查結果顯示,普遍香港學生因受疫情影響而承受壓力,令他們在面對生涯抉擇時感到有一定的困難。

    調查發布會於今天(5月19日)舉行,邀得香港城市大學社會及行為科學系崔永康教授闡釋調查結果。調查顯示,多達82%的學生認為疫情影響學習,76%的學生表示因而感到壓力。學生的壓力主要來自停課未能有效溫習(71%)、停課引致學習進度被拖慢(68%)、長時間使用電子產品(46%)和未能適應網上學習模式(37%)。壓力以外,學生也表示網上學習過程中遇到不少困難,例如自律性較平日在學校上課時弱(3.63分)(5分屬「非常同意」),家中的學習環境不理想(3.48分),以及老師的網上教學技巧生疏(3.08分),引致在家學習的成效受到影響。
    崔永康教授指出,調查顯示學生認為在停課期間,如具備了適應能力(4.29分)、數碼應用技巧(4分)和解難能力(3.77分)這些技能,有助改善網上學習的成效。此外,學生認為擁有溝通技巧(4.31分)、批判思考能力(4.12分)和解難能力(4.09分),亦會有利將來的工作及生涯發展。
    香港青年正處生涯發展的關鍵時刻
    香港高中生及大專生處於生涯探索及發展的重要階段,也將會面對升學及就業的選擇。調查顯示,學生認為獲得本地升學資訊(73%)及本地就業資訊(66%)能有助規劃前路,也有學生希望得到更多本地工作體驗(69%),以及通用技能的培訓機會(53%),結果反映他們對生涯規劃方面的資訊及實習經驗有一定需要。
    「恒生—聖雅各福群會青年職學平台」計劃經理陳寶聲認為,疫情影響下高中生及大專生面對極大壓力:「疫情令不少學生無法回校上課,改為在家網上學習,如調查結果所指,他們在這方面面對不少困難。學校即將復課,學生除了需關注壓力來源,重整心情準備復課外,亦可把握契機,提升有助學習及生涯規劃發展的技能,以應付未來生涯及工作需要。」
    陳寶聲又指,在疫情停課期間,平台已舉辦了共23場有關升學選科的網上直播節目。另外亦推出「KOL職場體驗計劃」予大專生參與,除了接受硬技能訓練,亦學習到不同「未來技能」。平台將來也會提供更多嶄新的職場體驗,如網上實習計劃(Virtual Internship Scheme),參與的學生嘗試為公司設計方案,使學生能足不出戶也能夠體驗不同行業的工作。
